1. Hill Chill Resorts does not take responsibility for Electrical Power Cut by TNEB. We have generators for power back up which we use it only on emergency ( Free 1 Hr/Day ). You can pay (Rs.200/Hr) and use generator if you want power for more than one hour on Power Cut times. You have to take care of you Valuables.

2. Please confirm number of persons at the time booking. Rooms allocated based on the confirmed person as per your commitment. Changes in number of persons only possible 24 hrs before CHECK IN. Please note: Alterations not possible at the time of CHECK IN.

3. We follow CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT times strictly. CHECK IN – 2 PM CHECK OUT – 12 PM. Early CHECK IN and LATER CHECK OUT up to 2 Hrs based on Availability. Extra amount will be charged for early CHECK IN and Later CHECK OUT.

4. We provide Swimming Pool on shared basis only. We charge Rs.1500 per group for filling fresh water (No Chlorine Water) and maintenance.

5. If any damage or breakage done by you for the HILL CHILL RESORTS property. You will be charged based on the damage.

6. You are not allowed to do anything against law at the time of your stay. If found, we have all the rights to cancel your booking immediately and action will be taken to vacate you. Booking amount will not be refunded.

7. At the time of CHECK IN, If found booking details mismatch and not having valid government ID proofs. We have all the rights to cancel booking and advance amount will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations not allowed instead we provide option to change dates subject to availability. Rs.1000 will be deducted from advance as convenience fee for change of date.

9. We charge 50% of the total amount as advance for booking confirmation. Advance amount will not be refunded for cancellations.

10. Foods and Drinks not allowed inside the Room and Swimming Pool. Vomiting inside the Resorts premises not allowed other than rest rooms. If found vomiting inside the Resort premises, you will be charged Rs.2000/-.
